BachaZouk: Where Bachata Meets Zouk Flow

Requirements:

✅ 6 months training on SCT's Level 2 Sensual Bachata or Brazilian Zouk Teams (or equivalent - reach out to info@salsacontodo.com if you have non-team experience)
✅ Comfortable with social dancing fundamentals

Ready to explore the best of both worlds? BachaZouk is a unique concept that blends the musicality and structure of bachata with the fluidity, body movement, and iconic head movements of zouk. This class is designed for dancers who already feel comfortable on the social dance floor in at least one of the two styles.

 

We'll focus on:

• Transferring and adapting techniques from one style to the other

• Exploring flow, elasticity, and head movement safely and creatively

• Building clear and safe communication between lead and follow

• Understanding the roots of both dances while creating something new
