Through a blend of targeted exercises, mobility work, and intentional stretching, we’ll focus on injury prevention, core control, and functional movement patterns that enhance your performance on and off the dance floor. Open to dancers of all levels—come ready to sweat, stretch, and strengthen!

Becca (she/her) is a Seattle-based teacher, choreographer, and director with 20 years of experience in movement, dance, and performance. She specializes in dance conditioning for Latin dancers, focusing on strength, control, and intentionality in movement. As the founder of BGC Dance, she has led the company through seven successful seasons, training and choreographing for over 35 dancers across three teams. Her work empowers dancers to build technical foundations while developing their unique voice and presence.
