Jus for an intensive workshop dedicated to mastering the art of salsa spins! Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, this session is designed to elevate your spinning technique. Join individual workshops or stay for the whole day.

Open Level | 12:00-1:00pm

We’ll kick off with a comprehensive hour focused on the fundamentals. Learn and practice various spinning techniques including traveling spins, paddling, and one-leg spins. This segment is perfect for dancers of all levels who want to build a strong foundation.
 

Intermediate Level | 1:15-2:45pm

In the second part of the workshop, we’ll dive deeper into the world of contra spins. Tailored for intermediate dancers, this segment will explore how to apply these advanced spinning techniques within partner work. Enhance your precision, balance, and control as you execute intricate spins with your partner.

Twerkshop with Marietta

Learn the history and techniques of Twerk as we loosen your hips and shake those cheeks! Twerking is fun, aerobic, and good for your physical health!

how to flex unaccustomed muscles
