Lindy Team 1, taught by Casi and Stefan, is for beginner Lindy Hoppers that want to learn how to dance from the ground up. The curriculum is designed to give you a solid foundation in the rhythm, technique, musicality, and history of Lindy Hop. This dance is for everyone, and we welcome you to join us no matter your natural coordination, age, identity, or ability to hold a beat.
This team runs on a 6-month cycle from January-June and July-December. New students can enroll at any time in the first 3 months of a cycle. After that, instructor approval is required. Click the "inquire" button to join.

Lindy Hop Team 2, taught by Elaine Buchignani, and Stefan Huynh is for intermediate Lindy Hoppers that are ready to move beyond the basic 6-count, 8-count, and Charleston movements. This team has a year-long curriculum that covers a wide variety of Lindy Hop moves, classic choreographies, and footwork variations.

Expect to grow your vocabulary of movement, connect deeper to Swing music and history, study vintage clips, and explore your creative voice in a supportive community.

This team is for advanced Lindy Hoppers who want to polish their choreography and performance skills. We will learn a routine every three months and perform it at agreed-upon local venues. Team membership includes access to the entire Lindy Hop program at Swing Dance SCT.
