We offer over 2,000 square feet of space for rentals in downtown Fremont. Located 2 blocks from the Lenon Statue and 2.5 blocks from Theo's Chocolate, we are surrounded by many pubs, bars, and breweries. Great walking distance for your guests to see Fremont and free street parking.
Our studios have custom hardwood floors, natural lighting, and a mirrored wall to create a spacious studio. 4 bathrooms on location and accessible at any time.
