Kizomba, Tarraxinha, & Twerk
Dance has been my first language since I could walk—movement and music flow through me instinctively. But my true passion as an instructor goes beyond dancing; it’s about unlocking the body’s potential, one micro-adjustment at a time. I obsess over the details—hip alignment, ankle angles, the subtle mechanics that transform rigid steps into effortless flow. My Kizomba students are often spotted on the dance floor not for flashy tricks, but because their technique feels so good to dance with.
Since 2013, I’ve been shaping dancers who go on to become instructors themselves—my teaching lineage runs deep. Specializing in both lead and follow roles, I fuse body mechanics with artistry, breaking down movement so precisely that students joke I’m part physical therapist, part dance coach. (Pelvic isolations? My absolute obsession.)
Whether it’s the sensual rhythms of Kizomba and Tarraxinha or the high-energy release of Twerk, my teaching isn’t about memorizing steps—it’s about understanding your body. Students leave my classes with more than just new combos; they gain confidence, fluidity, and those “aha!” moments that make everything click.
