Our Sensual Bachata Level 1 team membership program will teach beginner students how to concentrate on connection, energy, and sensual basic. This team will give students powerful social dancing skills as well as improve their understanding of the dance. Any of the learned material can be taken to the dance floor ensuring a fun environment and safety for both leads and follows.

This team is unique in that it offers both Traditional and Sensual Bachata foundations. This is a traditional bachata and sensual bachata prep team with a focus on body mechanics and will vastly improve your overall fundamentals and footwork. This team offers technique, conditioning, flexibility, strength and correct mechanics that will give you the necessary skills to be confident while you dance Bachata. For example: core connection, body isolation, body roll technique, breathwork, pitch and posture, and the intricate traditional footwork that gives Bachata its richness.
