Guest Presenters:
Dr. Stephanie, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Dr. Stephanie Irwin is a doctor of physical therapy, a dancer, and the founder of RISE Performance & Health. Stephanie founded RISE on the belief that if we all invested in every aspect of our health, we would collectively create a healthier, more giving world because our capacity to give and create would stem from abundance rather than depletion. RISE Performance & Health specializes in combining its expertise in physiology and biomechanics with the complexities of different dance styles to fundamentally address compensations and inefficiencies that dancers might be struggling with. This approach allows clients to eliminate pain and become stronger dancers. They also integrate health coaching with physical therapy to provide our Seattle community with a holistic approach that expedites healing and transforms health.
