Step into confident, ethical leadership with an immersive weekend training built for emerging Dance and Movement leaders. Whether you’re a seasoned instructor or just beginning your leadership journey, this program is your opportunity to grow — whatever your modality. If you work with people through movement, this training will sharpen your communication and structural skills and take your practice to the next level. LAC Teacher Training covers: Safety and Boundary Training, Public Speaking, Classroom Leadership and Curriculum Development, Anatomy and Kinesiology, Music Theory, Metronome Training, and more. Through breakout sessions and inclusive communication, the LAC Weekend is designed to get to know you — your voice, your values, and your approach to movement community and culture. Expect a weekend of hands-on exercises, creative exploration, and real connection.

 

This training spans two days (14 hours) on Saturday and Sunday and includes a 30-minute lunch break. Detailed schedule below.
