Salsa On2
Vassili grew up on the Greek island of Paros and moved to Los Angeles at 18, where he worked as an actor and musician before settling in Seattle in 1999.
He has been Artistic Director of Salsa Con Todo Dance School since 2005. Over the past two decades, his focus has been building a teacher training program rooted in pedagogy, musicality, and technical depth — with the goal of producing teachers who are as capable in the classroom as they are on the floor.
A significant part of his work involves developing safety standards, codes of conduct, and structured training frameworks for the partner dance community, with a focus on clearer professional pathways for dance teachers and improved equity and working conditions within the field.
He continues to perform, teach, and develop the school's programs.
