Haley Port

Haley Port began teaching at Salsa Con Todo in 2022, bringing a fresh perspective shaped by nearly a decade of experience in Salsa and Bachata.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, she moved to Seattle in February 2021 but has been an active part of the Seattle dance scene since 2019. Her dance journey began in 2015 with the University of Nevada, Reno’s Social Dance Club, where she immersed herself in a range of styles including Salsa, East Coast Swing, Waltz, and Tango. As President of the UNR Latin Dance Club, she began teaching Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue in 2017, inspiring her to further deepen her training and expertise.

Haley has studied with national and international professionals and world champions such as Jesús Doza, Benny Ayala, and Ashley Magaña. She has performed salsa competitively, and has recently branched into fusion choreography.

As a dancer and instructor, Haley is driven by a love of the music and a commitment to precision and expression. She focuses on helping students build confidence and expand their skills from beginner to advanced by emphasizing body movement, tension control, and musicality—all while keeping joy at the heart of the dance.
