Ladies Styling Series:

The much requested Ladies Styling SERIES is here! With the beautiful and talented, Seattle's own Christina Walker.
Learn to dance with passion, style and grace. We will focus on learning how to move and control every part of your body. We will be working on body isolations, turns, and sexy shines over 6 entire weeks to allow you to grow as a dancer. You will be given the tools you need to dance with confidence and passion out on the dance floor.

Ladies Styling
When: 1:15p to 2:45p
What: The much requested Ladies Styling workshop is here! With the beautiful and talented, Seattles own Christina Walker.

Bachata Bachata Bachata
When: 3:00p to 4:30p
What: Salsa con Todos monthly Bachata Bachata Bachata workshop combing all new Zouk and Tango techniques into Bachata. Instructed by Vassili and our little Aussie Donna Wild.
Both classes will be held at UHCC, Room 108.
New Workshop begins on the 22nd of August and will focus on Zouk, Salsa, and Bachata.
Zouk is a sensual and expressive partner dance that evolved out of Lambada, it incorporates the intensity and sexiness of Bachata with spectacular dips and body movement.
With Salsa Congresses featuring it world wide, it's time Seattle got on the Zouk train!
We'll be teaching 4 workshops, 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday for $20 each, or $70 for the whole weekend.
New beginner's series starts on Wednesday, September 2nd! 101 will start at 6:30p and goes until 8:00p and 102 starts at 8:15p and goes until 9:45p!
There will be NO dance at Dante's this Sunday. We'll see you the following Sunday though, we resume June 7th!

There will be NO dance at Dante's this Sunday because of Easter. We'll see you the following Sunday though, we resume the 19th!
Yes, the pole dancing class email was an April Fools joke. I'm sorry to those of you who didn't read the email until after April 1st and were a bit more certain that we really were installing poles in our studio. There has been a lot of interest in this "class" though... While poles are not a reality, alternative dance styles could be an idea, such as belly dancing. Anyone interested?

AS THE 2008 SALSA EXTRAVAGANZA ADVANCED PRO WINNER!
The event was held at the Windham Hotel in Palm Springs, where professionals from all over the world come to compete against the best in a Advanced Pro Salsa Jack and Jill competition.
This is Vassili's first win for this specific division and hopefully not the last.

John Narvaez and Liz Rojas are World-reknown Salsa dance artists and are among the most accomplished competitive Salsa dance couples in the world. They are the founders and directors of the San Francisco, Bay Area-based Salsamania Dance Company, which was formed in 2000.

getting to meet new people, sharing our love and passion for Salsa and
helping you develop your own Passion.
Here are some news updates:
First, We want to give a huge congratulations to Vassili for taking first place in the Reno Dance Sensation Salsa open. The competition was held at the Grand Sierra Hotel and Casino this last weekend, and it was Vassili's second consecutive win for this event.
Secondly, Our next series of classes will be starting at the end of April. Our Salsa 101 class will begin on Tuesday April 22nd and our Salsa 102 class will start on April 23rd. Register by e-mailing SalsaTodo@gmail.com, classes are filling up so please register as soon as possible.
Next, this Saturday April 12th, we are having our annual night out dancing with Salsa Con Todo!
We will be meeting at Vios Restaurant on 19th and Aloha at 7:30pm. We eat, drink, mingle with other students, and then take the party to Century Ballroom. If you're planning on being there, please R.S.V.P so that we know how many people to expect. It was a great hit last month, and we will be continuing this every month, so come out and have a great time!
Lastly, we'd like to recognize a touching email, recently sent to us by a student:
Hi
I wanted to send an email expressing my excitement about last nights class. Finally a Salsa class that teaches the intricate details of the dance and the rhythm and not just a routine. I have been trying to learn on and off for about 5 years and that was the best instruction I have had. I also appreciate that you make it fun and sexy. I was disappointed in Seattle's Salsa as being very competitive and showy but lacking the passion and energy that made me fall in love with Salsa. Thank you for restoring my hope.
I am also excited your teaching it on 2 which is what I learned years ago and the style I have always enjoyed the most.
Anyway I know it never hurts to receive good feedback. Thanks again and I look forward to next week.
